We are looking for an intern!

Common Affairs is an architecture firm based in Loods 6 on the IJ in Amsterdam. With a strong, international and multidisciplinary team of about 15 enthusiastic professionals, we create uncommon architecture for everyday life. We work on a wide variety of projects in the fields of non-residential construction, housing, transformation and urban planning.

Are you following a Bachelor or Master in Architecture or Urban Planning and would you like to contribute to Common Affairs' uncommon architecture? Then we are looking for you! Your work will include 3d modelling, design and technical elaboration. You will be supervised by experienced project architects and there is plenty of room for your own development within our office.

We offer

- An internship for a period of 4-6 months for at least 32 hours per week;
- Internship remuneration;

You are

- A bachelor or masters student in Urbanism, Architecture or related; 
- Registered at an university or have a scholarship;
- Experienced or wants to develop in working with Illustrator, Indesign, Sketchup, Rhinoceros,
  Enscape 3D, Revit and GIS;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
- Proactive and good in communication skills;
- Eager to learn.

Your role

- You are closely involved and will contribute to part of the projects by design studies, strong visualization and/or preparation of presentations;
- You are willing to gain as much experience as possible in projects from concept phase to realization.
